Two doors. One method.
Business owners
Working harder every year without the profit to show for it. The effort is real. The direction is the problem.
Individuals
You know what you want and keep arriving somewhere else. Not for lack of trying. For lack of alignment between what you think, what you say, and what you do.
The work is the same either way, because the diagnosis is the same. What you are producing was produced by something. We find it.
You are already growing. The only question is which direction.
Here is what most people never consider: growth is not automatically good.
You can grow negatively better. More developed in the wrong habits. More efficient at the wrong thing. Busier this year than last and no closer to what you actually wanted.
A business can do that. Revenue climbs, hours climb, and the owner is more exhausted and less profitable than the year before. That is not a lack of growth. That is growth pointed the wrong way.
A person can do that too. Repeating the same decision in a different setting, wondering why the outcome keeps looking familiar.
The cycle does not break through more effort. It breaks when you become aware of what has been holding it in place.
Here is what happens when we work together.
Whether we spend forty five minutes together or sixty six days, the work moves through the same three stages. What changes is how deep we go and how much I walk with you.
Every engagement begins in the same place: what you are producing was produced by something. We find it, you decide what happens next, and then you build the life or the business that decision requires.
Think Again: We Find What Has Been Running You
What we do here.
We go underneath the results and find the thinking that built them. The patterns you repeat without noticing. The beliefs you inherited and never questioned. The agreements you made in a season that ended years ago and never came out of.
I will ask you questions you have not been asked. I will tell you what I see, including the parts that are uncomfortable, because you did not hire me to agree with you.
What you walk away with.
Language for what has been happening. You will be able to name the thing that has been holding the cycle in place, and once you can name it, you can come out of agreement with it.
Most people have never had this done for them. It is the reason nothing has changed.
It's Choosing Season: You Make the Decision
What we do here.
We put the decision in front of you and we do not let it stay open.
Until you choose, both roads stay live, and carrying two futures at once will drain you. Turning it over and over is not patience. It is torment. Once you decide, everything begins serving that direction, and the doors meant for that road can finally open.
We will also name what has to go. Every yes is an automatic no to something else. The hardest no is not to what is bad, it is to what is good but does not belong on your road.
What you walk away with.
A decision you are willing to honor, and a clear list of what you are saying no to in order to keep it. Singularity of focus, in place of the noise you have been carrying.
I will not make the decision for you. It is your will, and it always was. But you will not leave here still circling it.
Be Positively Better: You Build the New Behavior
What we do here.
A decision that never reaches your hands is not a decision yet. This is where thought and word become action.
We build the plan, the structure, and the accountability. In the sixty six day engagement, this is where most of our time goes, because this is where transformation becomes visible.
You are already growing. Everyone is. The only question is direction, and this is where we make sure it is the right one.
What you walk away with.
New behavior that holds after the engagement ends. A different way of deciding, speaking, and operating that produces different results.
Be is a verb. Action is required. That is not a slogan, it is the terms of the work.
Where you start is up to you.
A Clarity Session, $222. Forty five minutes. One decision, one conversation, one clear next step.
A Business Audit and Strategy Plan, from $1,500. A full diagnosis of what your business is actually producing, and the plan to change it.
A sixty six day engagement. All three stages, walked with me. $2,500 for individuals. From $4,000 for businesses.
Every one of them begins with a free discovery call.

I have run the business, not just studied it.
Twenty years in management. An MBA in general business. A company I built from startup to profit with my own money and my own decisions.
I am an ICF certified coach and a certified personal development coach, and I have spent years helping people build confidence, clarify goals, and make decisions they were willing to stand behind.
But the reason business owners work with me is simpler than any credential. I have sat where you are sitting. I know what it costs to make the call when the outcome is not guaranteed.
I am not here to inspire you. Inspiration wears off by Wednesday. I am here to find what is producing your current results and help you rebuild it from the mind forward.
Why sixty six days.
For decades people repeated that behavior change takes twenty one days. That figure did not come from research on habit formation. It came from a 1960 observation by a plastic surgeon about how long patients took to adjust to a new appearance, and it was repeated until it was accepted as fact.
In 2010, researchers at University College London studied the question directly. Ninety six participants performed a new behavior daily for twelve weeks while tracking how automatic it felt. The median time to reach automaticity was sixty six days, with individual results ranging from eighteen to two hundred fifty four days.
They found something else worth holding onto. Missing a single day did not derail the process.
My core engagement is sixty six days because that is what the research indicates the work requires. Not a tidy eight weeks. Not a motivational sprint. Long enough for a renewed mind to become new behavior.
Individual results vary based on circumstance, effort, and participation.
What decision do you need to make?
That question is where every engagement begins. Not with a plan, not with a strategy, with the decision you have been carrying without making.
Bring it to a discovery call. Thirty minutes, no cost, no pressure. We will find out whether this work is right for you.
